| Q. How do I setup an account for credit terms? |
| A. For credit terms, you must obtain and fill out a New Account Form (mainly for internal completion) and a Credit Application Package. This may take a couple weeks as we must research your references and bank information. You will be advised when your credit terms have been granted. |

| A. We offer free delivery to businesses only (no home deliveries) with a $400 minimum order. Next day delivery orders must be in by 2:30pm. |

| A. You may receive better pricing (depending on amount and size of purchases)You may apply for credit terms. Therefore you may pay once per month when you receive your statement. We keep a record of which products you purchase and when. |

| Q. Do you need to have a vendor's permit? |
| A. NO. However, you will need a Vendors Permit to claim a PST exemption for items being re-sold |

| A. YES. We accept Debit (Interac), Cash, Cheques, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. |
| Q. Is everything you carry displayed in the Cash and Carry? |
| A. NO. Our warehouse is stocked with a huge assortment of products not displayed in the Cash & Carry outlet. Our outlet provides only a sample of the type of products we stock. |
