| Q. How do I setup an account for credit terms? |
| A. For credit terms, you must obtain and fill out a New Account Form (mainly for internal completion) and a Credit Application Package. This may take a couple weeks as we must research your references and bank information. You will be advised when your credit terms have been granted. |

| A. Yes, we have 3 stores open to the public located in Hamilton, Kitchener and Niagara. |
| Q. Do you need to have an account to shop here? |
| A. NO. You may set up an account either with terms or COD if you will be buying at least $500 per year |

A. Hamilton: Mon-Fri 8-5, Sat 9-3

| A. We offer free delivery to businesses only (no home deliveries) with a $400 minimum order. Next day delivery orders must be in by 2:30pm. |

| A. Yes. On most items you will save 15% by purchasing in case lots. |

| A. No, but you can contact one of our salesreps or customer service in order to prepare a pricelist of products you need. |

| Q. What are the benefits of having an account? |
| A. You may receive better pricing (depending on amount and size of purchases)You may apply for credit terms. Therefore you may pay once per month when you receive your statement. We keep a record of which products you purchase and when. |

| A. Exit the 401 at Hwy 8 Kitchener, follow that until you see the exit for Hwy 7&8 Stratford. Heading west on 7&8 take the next exit, Courtland Ave.Turn left heading south, G.T.French is on your left at 844 Courtland |
| Q. Do you need to have a vendor's permit? |
| A. NO. However, you will need a Vendors Permit to claim a PST exemption for items being re-sold |

| A. YES. We accept Debit (Interac), Cash, Cheques, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. |
| Q. Is everything you carry displayed in the Proven Center? |
| A. NO. Our warehouse is stocked with a huge assortment of products not displayed in the Cash & Carry outlet. Our outlet provides only a sample of the type of products we stock. |
